It's important to NW RepRap that high quality parts are provided for your RepRap project. If for any reason one of your parts break, let us know and it will be replaced for free for 90 days from purchase. We are here to help. If you have any questions at all, please contact us. If you need to cancel your order or terminate your account please contact us via our contact form and we will process your request within 48 hours.

We aim to have the best warranty and support. There are some circumstances which we can't help with. If you accidentally damage an aluminum plate, we can replace it at cost or offer alternative solutions. We won't be able to replace aluminum plates under warranty. If you accidentally damage electronics, you can send it to us for repair but we won't be able to replace them under warranty. If you accidentally damage a printed plastic part, let us know and we'll ship a replacement at no cost during your warranty period. In any case, contact us, we may be able to work something out. :) Also note that our warranty only covers the use of PLA and ABS. Other materials are considered experimental, however, the equipment we sell is capable of printing other materials such as NinjaFlex and Soft PLA (flexible PLA). One of our customers reported successful attempts at printing with Nylon, however, it did eventually clog his hotend and he was unable to repair it.

We don't ship our products outside the United States directly however it is possible to have our products shipped overseas by using a forwarder or redirect. If you reside outside the United States and you need support, support will be limited. It will be more costly to ship replacement parts and other factors may limit the support we can provide. We'll still do what we can though. :)
